Well, I have heard many players say that this Staff would help out a lot when you can auto-cast with the Ancient Staff. Now, also I have been told that Smoke Barrage is 99 Magic, I don't know why.

? You can get the Ancient Staff at the KBD and Blue Dragons. It does auto-cast. And no, Smoke Barrage isn't at 99 Magic.
